The Baker County Association of Conservation Districts (BCACD) is comprised of five members - one member from each of the four Baker County boards- Burnt River, Baker Valley, Eagle Valley and Keating - plus an additional member from the board who hosts the BCACD Chair, as that member does not vote at committee meetings.
BCACD acts as an "umbrella" board, and can make recommendations regarding staff, scope of work, purchases, events, etc. that affect all four of the Baker County Boards.
